Oversaw the technical and operational launch of the new facility, successfully achieving full occupancy within six months by leading the integrated systems setup. Managed the 24/7 reliability of all company software and Property Management Systems (PMS). Key technical responsibilities included designing and maintaining the critical network infrastructure and minimizing downtime through hardware and software troubleshooting.
